The standard rectangular ducts are made of rolls of strip steel by fully automatic machines. This is why most air ducts consist in one
single reinforced sheet. We also obtain a very high tightness by using only one longitudinal seam per duct (up to 1250mm).
In case of medium pressure and high pressure and on request, we apply a joint onto the longitudinal and frame couplings, no mastic,
however, but Vergacol. The ducts are always equipped with their frame system, rectangular duct and frame form 1 unit which improves the air density automatically.
The TDC frame system can also be delivered separately for length adjustment on the construction site. We also manufacture all possible fittings, such as bends, T-pieces,
transformers, reductions, branchings, rectangular-round pieces and composite fittings.
We are also able to manufacture all kinds of items, according to drawings submitted to us, however complicated these may be. |
